As a candidate for Secretary/Treasurer of Education Minnesota, my goal is to engage with members across the state and listen to your needs, concerns, and ideas. This role is about being an active listener and creating a space where your voice is heard.

I want to hear from you—whether it’s feedback on what’s working well, suggestions for improvement, or ideas to make our union and profession stronger. Together, we can ensure that Education Minnesota remains a powerful and supportive organization that truly reflects the collective strength of its members.

Education Minnesota is all of us—every member. We are all leaders in our own right, and by working together, we can create a better environment for ourselves, our students, and the communities we serve.

Let’s make Education Minnesota a strong, unified voice for public education, for the professionals who dedicate their lives to education, and for the students who look to us every day for inspiration, instruction, and support.
